I have worked in bookstores for nearly 30 years. In 2010, I moved back to Kearney, my hometown, to open my own bookshop. My Mom helped me get my store off the ground and received all our books for 12 Years. She passed in 2022, but her beautiful spirit is here with us every day.
My dad is my maintenance manager, mover and heavy lifter.
He is fishing in the background of this picture. My sister is the reader in the
family and keeps the doors open. My brother-in-law is my accountant; and my niece and nephews help out whenever I need them.
My store would not still be open without the help of my family.

We are located next to Maurices in the Hilltop Mall in Kearney, NE.
We have been Celebrating Independence Since 2010. With a selection of new and used books,
our biggest categories are Young Adult, Kids and History. We carry new rbooks and a few used titles. If we don't have it, we will special order it!
